We showed up with 9 people and without an appointment but we could go in immediately and the staff was extremely friendly. One of them is even fluent in English. They also have lovely Kimonos for a reasonable price. Great experience!

スタッフの皆さんが非常に親切丁寧で、みんな大喜びしておりました。

American here. Come experience the real Japanese experience and rent a kimono the dressing is and experience in itself. Well worth it.
